Bahan2 (utk 4 keping kuih)

3 cawan santan
2 cawan gula
4 biji telur
8 sudu besar tpg gandum
2 sudu besar tpg ubi
2 sudu besar tpg beras
sedikit garam
1 sudu besar air pandan (4 helai daun pandan diblend) biasanye saya guna perisa pandan Nona je
sedikit pewarna hijau

Cara2
Masukkan gula, telur dan santan ke dlm blender dan blend seketika...kemudian masukkan semua tepung, garam, air pandan dan pewarna blend lagi sehingga semuanye sebati..tuang ke dlm mangkuk dan kacau rata...panaskan acuan yg telah dilengserkan dgn sedikit minyak selama 5 minit...masukkan adunan ke dlm acuan bahulu jgn sampai penuh lebih kurang 3/4 acuan...bakar dgn suhu 350 darjah F selama 30 - 45 minit atau sehingga masak...

    I just tried this recipe this morning. Jazakallahu khyr for sharing. I find that it is too sweet, texture is good but if we want it less sweet and a bit more firm maybe we can add another Tsp of rice floor?
    I added a pinch of crushed anis (jintan manis) to get that yummy smell like my grandma used to make.

    I used 1 can Coles coconut cream, and one can from the same can) of water to make 3 cawan santan. Tastes delicious & creamy.

    Other than that I followed exactly the recipe. Oh yes, my electric oven took 1 hour to get that good-looking brown all over... :)
