Recipe Ingredients:
1- 80g Any berries
2- 500g low fat milk
3- 100g low fat vanilla yoghurt ( or any yoghurt will do )
4- 50g honey
Recipe Method:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined (if you do not have a blender a stick blender or electric hand beaters could be used in their place).
2. Place in glasses and serve immediately.
